DATA SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Your database connection information is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• We only store database schema information (structure) and do not retain your actual database data other than what you explicitly add to the lexbench DB
• English queries are stored and can be deleted by you at any time.
• Your confidential connection details are never exposed to our employees
• We use Public Gen-AI APIs (ex: OpenAI’s API), and your data is not used for training AI models.

While we implement these security measures, you acknowledge that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee its absolute security.

REFUND POLICY

Lead Semantics strives to provide high-quality services that align with the needs of our users. However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase or subscription has been made.
